肺动脉高压是高原低氧环境中血液动力学方面最突出的改变之一。我们过去的工作表明,在高原从事重体力劳动会加重肺动脉高压的程度,而颈动脉体化学感受器反射的正常存在则可能减轻缺氧时肺动脉压升高的程度。本文用模拟肌肉作功的办法在动物实验中将这两种因素结合起来作了一些探讨,结果如下:
Pulmonary hypertension is one of the most prominent changes in hemodynamics in plateau hypoxia. Our past work shows that heavy manual labor on the plateau aggravates pulmonary hypertension and the normal presence of carotid body chemoreceptors may reduce the degree of pulmonary hypertension during hypoxia. In this paper, the way to simulate muscle work in the animal experiments will combine these two factors to make some discussions, the results are as follows:
