This article discusses some of the issues involved in establishing centralized regional bibliographic databases in a centralized procurement and cataloging. Discussed the centralized editing and standardization of the relationship between the centralized editing and coding to ensure the quality of the database. It is pointed out that establishing a central bibliographic database in a centralized manner is an effective way to promote library automation and networking.
