作者由运载亲虾水体分离出弧菌119株,发现9个种,并用所得菌株做了弧菌对虾卵孵化影响及虾苗的致病性试验。结果表明:弧菌严重地影响草虾卵的孵化,对虾苗各阶段幼体都表现出很强的致病性,尤其是对蚤状幼体的致病性最强。
119 isolates of Vibrio spp. Were isolated from the broodstock body and nine species were found. The effects of vibrios shrimp hatching on egg hatching and the pathogenicity test of shrimp were studied. The results showed that Vibrio cholerae severely affected hatching of shrimp eggs and showed strong pathogenicity in all stages of shrimp seedlings, especially for the flea larvae.
