信息化与数字化是二十一世纪发展过程中的重要特征,我国护理高职院校在构建图书档案管理系统的过程中,已经取得了非常优异的成绩,但随着时代的进步与信息技术的不断发展,想要不被时代抛弃,就必须跟紧时代步伐,改革已有的图书档案管理方法。本文便以护理高职院校图书档案管理的现状为研究基点,讨论其在改革过程中具体的改进策略,并论述信息化图书档案管理的重要作用。
Informationization and digitization are important features in the development of the 21st century. In the course of building a library file management system, China’s nursing vocational colleges have achieved very good results. However, with the progress of the times and the development of information technology To keep developing and wanting to be discarded by the times, we must keep pace with the times and reform the existing management methods of book archives. In this paper, the status quo of library and file management in nursing vocational colleges is studied as a starting point, and its specific strategies for improvement in the process of reform are discussed. The important role of information library and file management is also discussed.
