党的群众路线是一种与时俱进的工作方法和工作理念,群众路线是中国共产党在革命和建设实践中创立和发展的;在中国革命和建设的不同历史时期,党的群众路线的表达和运用有着不同形式,反映了把马克思主义的基本原理同中国的具体实际相结合的原则。面对世情国情和党情的变化,群众路线亟待改进创新,需要作出令人信服的时代提升和应对。践行群众路线要从建设动力机制和长效机制方面进行。
