目的与方法本人对46例49只眼原发性和复发性翼状胬肉手术切除,对术中术后不同时期应用不同浓度的丝裂霉素C(MMC)溶液,对翼状胬肉复发情况进行临床观察。结果经随访平均13.1个月有3例复发,无其它并发症发生。结论翼状胬肉切除术中、术后不同时期应用不同浓度MMC在预防翼状胬肉复发中有很好疗效。该方法简单,有效,是目前翼状胬肉术后预防复发较为有效、安全、理想的治疗方法。
PURPOSE AND METHODS My primary resection of primary and recurrent pterygium in 49 eyes of 46 patients was performed with different concentrations of mitomycin C (MMC) solution at different postoperative periods, and the recurrence of pterygium was performed Clinical Observation. Results The average follow-up of 13.1 months, 3 cases of recurrence, no other complications. Conclusion The application of different concentrations of MMC during pterygium resection and postoperative different periods in the prevention of recurrence of pterygium has a good effect. The method is simple and effective, is the current pterygium surgery to prevent recurrence is more effective, safe and ideal treatment.
