[目的]观察冠通汤联合鲁南欣康治疗冠心病心绞痛的疗效。[方法]128例冠心病心绞痛随机分为两组。治疗组服用冠通汤,并每日服用2次鲁南欣康片20mg。对照组50例,服用复方丹参片,每日3次,每次4片并每日服用2次鲁南欣康片20mg。两组均以4周为1个疗程。[结果]治疗组临床疗效和心电图改善及血脂、血液流变学、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度的变化均优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]冠通汤在改善心绞痛症状、心电图以及降低血脂、血液流变学、血浆纤维蛋白原浓度的变化等方面,有满意的疗效。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of GuanTong decoction combined with Lunanxin Kang on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. [Methods] 128 cases of coronary heart disease angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group took Guan Tong Tang, and taking Lunan Xin Kang tablets 20 mg twice daily. Control group of 50 cases, taking compound Danshen tablets 3 times a day, each 4 and take 2 times a day Lunan Xin Kang tablets 20mg. Two groups were 4 weeks for a course of treatment. [Result] The clinical curative effect and electrocardiogram improvement, blood lipid, hemorheology and plasma fibrinogen concentration in treatment group were better than those in control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] GuanTong decoction has satisfactory curative effect in improving angina pectoris, electrocardiogram, reducing blood lipids, hemorheology and plasma fibrinogen concentration.
