建立了离子排阻高效液相色谱法测定二乙二醇丙酸甲酯化修饰剂的分析方法。根据二乙二醇丙酸甲酯化修饰剂既有多元醇类化合物又有机羧酸衍生物的结构特性,应用Bio-rad Bio-rad HPX-87H色谱柱,以H2SO4溶液(p H 2.0)为流动相,流速为0.8 m L/min,柱温55℃,检测波长210 nm。二乙二醇丙酸甲酯的峰面积与浓度线性关系良好(r=0.99718),加样回收率98.6%~99.7%,检出限为0.53μg/m L(S/N=3)。
