本文通过对中年教师健康状况及其影响因素的调查分析和数量化处理,建立了健康状况与影响因素的多元线性函数关系式。进而应用逐步回归方法,找出了影响教师健康状况的显著因素。针对显著因素进行干预,这对提高教师的健康水平是很有意义的。
This paper establishes a multivariate linear functional relationship between health status and influencing factors by investigating the analysis and quantification of middle-aged teachers’ health status and influencing factors. Then, a stepwise regression method was applied to find out the significant factors affecting the health status of teachers. Intervention for significant factors is very meaningful for improving the health of teachers.
