本文应用同位素~(125)I标记的抗ds-DNA抗体放射免疫检测300名正常人,164例结缔组织性疾病和53例非结缔组织性疾病的结果。 300名正常值范围为1.0~18.9%,平均值6.72±3.79%,以16%为正常上限,15~20%为可疑阳性,>20%为阳性。164例结缔组织疾病中74例(SLE)检测范围为2.5~70.7%,平均值22.9±17.1%,总升高率为59.5%,而90例非SLE结缔组织病总升高率为7.7%,另59例非结缔组织疾病仅3.4%。DNA结合率>30%主要见于SLE活动期。与荧光抗核抗体(IFANA)比较,抗ds-DNA抗体对SLE的诊断,具有较高的特异性,但敏感性较低。
In this paper, isotope 125I-labeled anti-dsDNA antibody radioimmunoassay results of 300 normal subjects, 164 cases of connective tissue disease and 53 cases of non-connective tissue disease. 300 normal ranged from 1.0 to 18.9% with an average of 6.72 ± 3.79%, with 16% as the upper limit of normal, 15 ~ 20% as suspicious positive and> 20% as positive. The detection range of 74 cases (SLE) in 164 cases of connective tissue disease ranged from 2.5 to 70.7% with an average of 22.9 ± 17.1% and the overall rate of increase was 59.5%, while that of 90 cases with non-SLE connective tissue disease was 7.7% The other 59 cases of non-connective tissue disease was only 3.4%. DNA binding rate> 30% mainly seen in SLE activity. Anti-ds-DNA antibodies have higher specificity for SLE but lower sensitivity than fluorescent anti-nuclear antibodies (IFANA).
