选用昆明种雄性小鼠用随机单位设计法分成六组。第一组为原粮组,饲料含碘量为0.016微克/克,第二至第六组分别加碘至0.125,1.25,6.25,12.5,25微克/克饲料,六个月后处死。结果表明,高碘饲料成功地诱发了小鼠高碘甲状腺肿,甲状腺肿大程度和滤泡腔直径与饲料碘含量成正比,滤泡上皮细胞高度与饲料碘含量成反比。光镜下显示为泡腔巨大的胶质样甲状腺肿。透射电镜观察,在极度扩大的泡腔中有中等电子密度的滤泡液,滤泡上皮细胞扁平、核变形、粗面内质网极度扩张,线粒体肿胀,溶酶体数量增多,细胞微绒毛变短变少。甲状腺功能无明显改变。
Kunming male mice were randomly divided into six groups using the design method.
