本文对电炉炼钢中扩散脱氧工艺的改革,从理论上进行解析。通过对C_粉—(FeO)平衡、C_粉—O_2气平衡及(CaC_2)—(FeO)平衡的热力学计算,表明在还原渣中,与C_粉或(CaC_2)相平衡的(FeO)低于实际(FeO)值一个数量级,同时,钢液中的实际[O]高于理论上同渣中(FeO)相平衡的[O]值一个数量级。加到渣面上的碳粉或电石绝大部份被炉气所氧化而损耗。说明扩散脱氧在实际脱氧中所起的作用不大。钢液中[O]取决于钢液中脱氧元素的浓度。
In this paper, EAF steelmaking diffusion deoxidation process reform, from the theoretical analysis.
