简要地叙述化学镀Ni-Cu-P合金的沉积原理,采用金相分析方法研究这种合金经过不同温度恒温处理后沉积镀层的组织变化。
The deposition principle of electroless Ni-Cu-P alloy was briefly described. The microstructure of the deposited coating was investigated by metallographic analysis after being heated at different temperatures.
