新课程改革对小学数学教育教学提出了更高的要求。教师不仅应当注重教授学生数学知识,同时还应当注重提高自身综合素质,教书亦育人,因此,作为一名小学数学老师,为使学生更好地适应新课标学习,必须充分发挥自身功能,在传授数学基础理论知识的同时兼顾学生个性完善以及创新思维能力的培养和提高。根据小学数学教学经验,就新课标视阈下小学数学教师如何改进教学方案提出了一些相应的可操作性建议。
