近日,象山县2014年第一批节能改造县级补助资金已发放235.4万元,宁波海星针织染整有限公司污水热回收等16个项目获此补助。今年,我县始终把工业企业作为节能减排的中心环节来抓,紧紧依靠科学技术的力量,激活全县的节能减排工作。安排专项节能资金800万元,用于节能降耗关键技术攻关、高效节能产品、可再生能源和新能源研发等方面的补助。同时,大力推广实施合同能源管理项目。
