目的研究生附子抗肿瘤化学成分组提取的影响因素,确定适宜的制备工艺。方法首先在同等条件下,对冷浸、渗漉和回流三种不同提取方法进行选择,确定最佳提取方法。然后对选择的提取方法进行工艺研究,多指标综合评价,采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。结果采用回流提取为最佳提取方法,通过正交试验确定的提取工艺为85%乙醇,10倍量的溶剂,回流提取3次,每次1h。结论通过优化所得工艺简便可行,适合工业化大生产。
Objective To study the influencing factors of the extraction of anti-tumor chemical constituents of aconite and to determine the suitable preparation process. Methods Firstly, under the same conditions, three different extraction methods of cold soak, percolation and reflux were selected to determine the best extraction method. Then, the method of extraction was selected to carry on the craft research, the multi-index comprehensive evaluation, and the orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the best extraction technology. Results The optimal extraction method was reflux extraction. The extraction process determined by orthogonal experiment was 85% ethanol and 10 times the amount of solvent, and refluxed for 3 times for 1 hour. Conclusion By optimizing the process is simple and feasible, suitable for large-scale industrial production.
