目的检测人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在口腔鳞状细胞癌中感染及其与口腔癌发生的相关性。方法采用PCR方法,检测30例口腔鳞状细胞癌及5例正常口腔黏膜中HPV16和18感染。结果7/30例标本中检测出HPV16(23·3%);10/30例标本中检测出HPV18(33·3%)。3/30例标本中存在HPV16和18共感染(10%)。5例正常口腔黏膜中未发现HPV16和HPV18感染。在检测HPV16时发现一条新片断(186nt),经测序此序列与人5号染色体的核酸序列65-175存在99%同源。结论HPV16和18可能与口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生密切相关。
Objective To detect the infection of human papillomavirus (HPV) in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its correlation with the occurrence of oral cancer. Methods The PCR method was used to detect HPV16 and 18 infection in 30 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 5 cases of normal oral mucosa. Results HPV16 (23.3%) was detected in 7/30 samples and HPV18 (33.3%) in 10/30 samples. There were co-infections of HPV16 and 18 (10%) in 3/30 specimens. Five cases of normal oral mucosa were not found HPV16 and HPV18 infection. A new fragment (186 nt) was detected at the time of detection of HPV16, which is 99% homologous to the human nucleic acid sequence 65-175 of human chromosome 5 after sequencing. Conclusion HPV16 and 18 may be closely related to the occurrence of oral squamous cell carcinoma.
