在油田,高压柱塞泵广泛用于油层注水及驱动井下采油设备。由于泵送液体为含砂的原油或润滑性不佳的水,因而由橡塑制成的柱塞密封件寿命短。国内外曾采用高压而且恒压注入净化的隔离油来保护密封,但不理想,本文公开:用金属柱塞卡圈组件代替橡塑密封件,用压力随动装置保证隔离油压力与柱塞腔压力随动的新技术。应用这种新技术将可能获得显著的技术经济效益。
In oilfields, high-pressure piston pumps are widely used to inject water into wells and drive downhole oil production equipment. Plunger seals made of rubber and plastic have a short life due to the pumped liquid being sand-containing crude oil or poorly lubricated water. This paper discloses: the use of metal plunger clamp assembly instead of rubber seals, pressure follower device to ensure that the separation of oil pressure and the plunger cavity Pressure following the new technology. The application of this new technology will likely achieve significant technical and economic benefits.
