微型齿轮(模数为0.07~0.2mm)的精密测量在国内外未见报道.本文研究微型齿轮测量仪的电子展成及自动分度测量系统,开发了整数逼近循环比例驱动方法和阶段误差补偿技术.这种方法和技术已成功地应用于作者开发研制的微型齿轮测量仪中.实验证明,应用这种方法和技术可使量仪的成本大幅度降低,并且控制简单、运行可靠.
Micro-gear (modulus of 0.07 ~ 0.2mm) precision measurement at home and abroad have not been reported. In this paper, we develop the electronic development and automatic indexing system of the micro-gear measuring instrument, and develop the method of proportional approximation loop drive and phase error compensation. This method and technology has been successfully applied to the development of micro-gear measuring instrument. Experiments show that the application of this method and technology can greatly reduce the cost of measuring instrument, and the control is simple and reliable operation.
