学校教研组是学校开展教学和教研活动的基层组织,是教师学习专业理论、交流实践经验、提升专业水平的重要活动基地,是教师专业取得发展的重要平台。随着新课程的实施,校本教研逐渐成为教师研究的一种重要方式。然而,当前学校教研组的建设还存在着一些问题,如:教师间的合作大多还停留在制订教学计划、开展集体备课、统一教学进度等事务性的工作当中,缺乏基于共同研究的合作;对于学校教研组的考评还需要转变观念;各具特色的各学科教研组的建设工作还需要进一步探索;等等。为此,本期“视点”刊发一组文章对上述问题进行探讨,以期对学校教研组的建设工作提供一些参考。
The school teaching and research group is a grassroots organization that conducts teaching and research activities in schools. It is an important activity base for teachers to learn professional theories, exchange practical experiences and enhance professional standards. It is also an important platform for teachers to obtain professional development. With the implementation of the new curriculum, school-based teaching and research has gradually become an important way for teachers to study. However, there are still some problems in the construction of teaching and research teams in the current school. For example, the cooperation among teachers mostly stays in the tasks of formulating teaching plans, conducting collective lesson preparation and unifying teaching progress, and lack of cooperation based on common research. For schools The evaluation of teaching and research groups also need to change their concepts; each of the distinctive disciplines teaching and research work needs to be further explored; and so on. For this reason, this issue “Perspective ” published a series of articles to discuss the above issues, with a view to the school teaching and research team to provide some reference.
