克鼻敏方对豚鼠鼻炎模型实验结果 ,光镜下 2 ,4—二异氰酸甲苯酯 (TDI)致敏模型鼻粘膜上皮脱落伴鳞状化生 ,大量嗜酸及慢性炎性细胞浸润 (P <0 0 5 ) ,腺体增生明显 (P <0 0 0 5 )。克鼻敏组鼻粘膜上皮少见脱落 ,大部完整 ,或轻度鳞状上皮化生 ,上皮下少量嗜酸及慢性炎细胞浸润 ,其程度显著减轻 (P <0 0 0 5 ) ,腺体增生也轻 (P <0 0 1)。电镜下克鼻敏组杯状细胞形态正常 ,分泌颗粒丰富 ,表面微绒毛排列整齐 ,其横断面可见典型的“9+2”结构 ,上皮下少见淋巴细胞浸润 ,嗅腺形态正常

Also light (P < 0 0 1). Under electron microscope, goblet cells showed normal goblet cell morphology, abundant secretory granules, and neatly arranged surface microvilli. A typical “9+2” structure was seen on the cross-section. Lymphocyte infiltration was rare under the epithelium and the olfactory glands were normal.
