中华预防医学会卫生防疫管理分会受卫生部卫生监督司的委托,定于1994年春夏之际,召开全国卫生监督执法典型案例学术研讨会。 1 征文范围及要求 1.1 征集各单行卫生监督法律、法规颁布实施以来,实际发生的相对人违反卫生监督法律、法规的规定,受到卫生行政处罚并已经结案的典型卫生违法案例。须是情节较为复杂、或具有一定的代表性、或多部门交叉等影响较大的案例。已引发卫生行政复议或诉讼的案例,不在本次征文之列。
The Sanitary and Epidemic Prevention Branch of the Chinese Preventive Medicine Association was entrusted by the Department of Hygiene Supervision of the Ministry of Health. It is scheduled to convene a national symposium on typical cases of health supervision and law enforcement in the spring and summer of 1994. 1 Scope and requirements of the essay 1.1 Since the enactment of the health supervision laws and regulations of each single line, the actual case of a typical health violation occurred when the counterpart person violated the provisions of the laws and regulations of the health supervision and was sanctioned by the public health administration and the case was closed. Must be a more complex case, or have a certain representative, or multi-sectoral cross-cutting cases. Cases that have triggered a health administrative reconsideration or lawsuit are not included in this essay.
