本文提出了电动窗帘机用管形单相直线感应电动机输出驱动力的实用公式。该公式建立在一维电磁场的基础上,初级励磁磁势用初级内圆表面上的薄导电层来代替,气隙中的场方程通过磁感应强度来解,计算值与几台样机的测试值基本吻合。该式可用于管形单相直线感应电动机的工程设计。
This paper presents a practical formula for the output driving force of tubular single-phase linear induction motors for electric curtain machines. The formula is based on a one-dimensional electromagnetic field. The primary field magnetic potential is replaced by a thin conductive layer on the primary internal circle surface. The field equations in the air gap are solved by the magnetic flux density. The calculated values are basically the same as those of several prototypes Anastomosis. The formula can be used for tubular single-phase linear induction motor engineering.
