韩非是先秦法家的集大成者,他以其敏锐的眼光,对于他所生活的时代进行了一系列的批判与剖析。其中包括了对于社会风气的批判、对于官僚政治的批判、对于士阶层的批判三个方面的内容。在这些批判中,他指出了当时人人趋利的社会风气,揭示了新兴的官僚政治的本质与特点,透视了士阶层中的种种弊端,这不但体现了他作为一位思想家的时代感与敏锐性,也为后人展示了一幅社会转型时期的众生相。
Han Fei was a master of the pre-Qin legal family. With his keen insight, Han Fei conducted a series of criticisms and analyzes of the times he lived in. Including the critique of social ethos, criticism of bureaucratic politics, criticism of the class of three aspects. In these critiques, he pointed out the prevailing social ethos of all people at the time, revealed the nature and characteristics of the emerging bureaucratic politics and looked into the various disadvantages in the scholar class.
