一、加强工会维权机制建设是工会组织的主要职责《劳动法》明确规定,工会组织是职工利益的代表者和维护者。工会维权机制,就是工会在履行基本职责的过程中,以促进和谐社会为目标,积极整合和借助社会力量,对职工的合法权益实施有力维护,实现工会职能作用的最大化发挥。
First, to strengthen trade union rights protection mechanism is the main responsibility of the trade union organization “Labor Law” clearly stipulates that trade unions are the representatives and defenders of workers’ interests. Trade union rights protection mechanism means that in order to promote harmonious society, unions should actively integrate and make use of social forces to effectively safeguard the lawful rights and interests of workers and maximize the functions of trade unions during their basic duties.
