一、课堂时间的管理与避重就轻生成的无效行为“一寸光阴一寸金,寸金难买寸光阴”。时间就是金钱,时间就是生命,时间是效率,对时间的管理是教师课堂管理的重要内容。教师往往是课堂教学时间的唯一管理者。而老师在教学实践活动中往往忽视时间管理这一重要因素,存在一些比较突出的问题,即所谓的教学无效行为,它具体表现为“三长、两多、一少”。三长:导言时间长、课后作业讲评时间长、课堂组织管理时间长;两多:教师讲得多、板书多;一少:学生思考时间少。这些无效的教学行为从表面上往往不能发现教师在课堂时间管理上存在问题,而从深层次上分析我们就可以明显知道单位教学时间的教学效益是比较低的,属于教学无效行为。

Three long: The introduction of a long time, after homework comment a long time, the classroom organization and management for a long time; Two more: teachers talk more, a lot of blackboard; A few: less student thinking time. On the surface, these invalid teaching behaviors usually can not find the teachers have problems in classroom time management. From a deep analysis, we can clearly see that teaching effectiveness per unit of teaching time is relatively low, which is ineffective in teaching.
