民主集中制是无产阶级政党的根本组织制度和原则。我们党所以有力量,不仅在于她用先进理论武装了党员,实现了指导思想的统一,而且在于这种思想统一是依靠在民主集中制基础上形成的组织统一来保证的。在社会主义市场经济条件下,我们不但不能抛弃民主集中制,而且还要进一步坚持和完善民主集中制。一、只有坚持民主集中制,加强中央权威,才能保证政令的畅通首先,坚持社会主义市场经济的方向需要贯彻执行民主集中制。我国进行的市场经济是与社会主义基本制度紧密结合在一起的。社会主义的根本原则,一是以公有制为主体,另一是走共同富裕之路。以公有制为主就是大多数劳动人民当家作主,而民主集中制既能保证人民充分运用民主权利,又能集中正确意见,统一意志。这是广大人民群众当家作主
Democratic centralism is the fundamental organizational system and principle of the proletarian political parties. The strength of our party lies not only in her armed forces with advanced theories but also in the unification of her guiding ideology, and in the fact that her unification of her thinking is guaranteed by reunification of the organization formed on the basis of democratic centralism. Under the conditions of a socialist market economy, we can not abandon democratic centralism, but we must further uphold and improve democratic centralism. First, only by adhering to democratic centralism and strengthening central authority can we ensure the smooth flow of government decrees. First of all, adherence to the socialist market economy requires the implementation of democratic centralism. The market economy in our country is closely linked with the basic socialist system. The fundamental principle of socialism is that public ownership is the main body and that the other is to take the road to common prosperity. Mainly to public ownership is that most working people are the masters of the country, and democratic centralism can not only ensure that the people make full use of democratic rights but also concentrate the correct opinions and unify their will.
