目的 :观察止泻颗粒剂治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法 :采用随机临床观察法 ,运用止泻颗粒剂治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎 12 6例 ,与 80例对照组进行疗效比较。结果 :止泻颗粒剂组总有效率 92 9% ,疗效明显优于西药对照组 (65 % ) ,P <0 0 5。结论 :止泻颗粒剂治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎有较好的疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhi Xie Granule in treating children rotavirus enteritis. Methods: A randomized clinical observation method was used to treat 12 cases of pediatric rotavirus enteritis with Zhixie granules, compared with 80 cases of control group. Results: The total effective rate of Zhixie Granules group was 92.9%, and the curative effect was obviously better than that of western medicine control group (65%) (P <0.05). Conclusion: Zhixie Granule has a good curative effect on pediatric rotavirus enteritis.
