在XF25O摩托车用二冲程汽油机上进行了分层扫气技术的研究。研究试验结果表明,分层扫气可减少换气过程的燃料损失,使燃油消耗率大幅度下降;使混合气空燃比的范围加大。该分层扫气系统由曲轴箱、主扫气道、副扫气道、分层管、笛簧阀和化油器等组成。其中分层管长度对分层扫气效果起着重要作用。
In the XF25O motorcycle with a two-stroke gasoline engine stratified scavenging technology. Research results show that stratified scavenging can reduce the fuel loss in the process of gas exchange, the fuel consumption rate dropped significantly; the range of the mixture air-fuel ratio increased. The stratified scavenging system consists of a crankcase, a main scavenge airway, a secondary scavenging duct, a stratified pipe, a reed valve and a carburetor. The length of the stratified tube plays an important role in the stratified scavenging effect.
