实验研究了挤压加工对SiCp/Al复合材料室温力学性质的影响,分析了对应于挤压态和非挤压态复合材料的两种断裂模式. 结果表明:挤压加工可以消除SiCp/Al复合材料半成品中的显微疏松缺陷,提高SiC颗粒在铝合金基体中的分布均匀性,从而改善铝合金基体对SiC颗粒损伤的容限性能,大幅度地提高复合材料的强度和塑性.
The effect of extrusion process on the mechanical properties of SiCp / Al composites at room temperature was studied experimentally. Two kinds of fracture modes corresponding to extruded and non-extruded composites were analyzed. The results show that the extrusion process can eliminate the microscopic loose defects in the semi-finished SiCp / Al composites and improve the uniformity of the distribution of SiC particles in the aluminum alloy matrix, so as to improve the tolerance performance of the aluminum alloy matrix on the SiC particle damage. Improve the strength and plasticity of composites.
