应用动态规划法综合求取有载调压变压器分接头、配电站电容器和馈线电容器的控制策略,实现电压控制和无功优化,并满足控制调节次数约束. 为了减少计算量,提出了一种启发式的简化算法. 算例结果表明了算法的有效性及可行性.
Applying the dynamic programming method, the control strategy of on-load tap-changer taps, substation capacitors and feeder capacitors is synthetically obtained to realize the voltage control and reactive power optimization and to meet the constraints of control regulation times. In order to reduce the computational complexity, a heuristic simplification algorithm is proposed. The results show that the algorithm is effective and feasible.
