INEPT及DEPT方法是近年来由D.M.Doddrell等人提出来的核磁共振新技术,用以增强不灵敏核的核磁共振信号及区分不同类型的原子核,为研究复杂有机化合物分子结构提供分子骨架信息。笔者以FX90NMR仪为基础,对INEPT、DEPT脉冲序列及PG200进行了仔细研究,利用脉冲发生器,成功地把INEPT、DEPT脉冲程序输入电子计算机,在现有仪器上实现了极化转移新技术。
INEPT and DEPT methods are new NMR techniques proposed by D. M. Doddrell in recent years to enhance the nuclear magnetic resonance signals of insensitive nuclei and distinguish different types of nuclei and provide molecular skeleton information for the study of molecular structures of complex organic compounds. Based on the FX90NMR instrument, the author studied INEPT, DEPT pulse sequence and PG200 carefully. The pulse generator was used to input INEPT and DEPT pulse program into the computer successfully. The new technology of polarization transfer was realized on the existing instrument.
