1 档案是人类社会的精神文明财富。档案生产属于精神产品的生产。只要仔细地考察档案运动过程,人们就不难发现,精神产品的生产和物质产品的生产过程相似,都存在着再生产过程。2 档案循环。我们通常所说的档案运动,包括档案的收集、整理、保管、鉴定和利用等工作环节是相互衔接、往复循环的。在档案运动中,有两种并行的档案循环:一是档案文件循环,即:…文件…档案…文件…档案…。二是档案工作循环,即:档案收集、整理、保管、鉴定、利用……档案再收集、再整理、再保管、再鉴定、再利用……。2.1两种档案循环的关系:档案文件循环是档案工作循环的表现形态;档案工作循环是档案文件循环得以实现的条件。我们在工作实践中常常会遇到:一个文秘工作者要起草
