目的 探讨CMI、SCL-90两量表作为飞行学员心理健康筛查工具的可行性。方法 用CMI和SCL-90两个量表测查飞行学员,计算得分的总分和因子分,收集淘汰资料,分析心理原因淘汰与测试得分之间的关系,确定心理原因淘汰的筛查标准并进行验证试验。结果 确定的心理健康筛查标准为CMI总分≥27分、MR分≥8分,SCL-90总分≥130分。因心理原因淘汰者验证,对一年以内预测的灵敏度在80％以上,对超过一年的在70％左右。该标准有稳定的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值和阴性预测值。结论 CMI、SCL-90两心理卫生量表作为飞行学员心理健康筛查工具,具有较高的真实性,可行性的。
Objective To explore the feasibility of using CMI and SCL-90 as a mental health screening tool for flight students. Methods CMI and SCL-90 two scales were used to test the flight trainees, to calculate the total score and factor score of the scores, to collect the out-of-date data, to analyze the relationship between the psychological cause elimination and the test scores, to determine the screening criteria of the psychological reasons elimination Carry out verification test. Results The mental health screening criteria were defined as CMI score ≥27, MR score ≥8, SCL-90 score ≥130. Because of psychological reasons out of validation, the sensitivity of more than 80% of the forecast within a year, more than 70% for more than a year. The standard has a stable sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value. Conclusion The CMI and SCL-90 two mental health scales as a flight student mental health screening tool have high authenticity and feasibility.
