中国传统的饮料是茶,1891年青岛建置以来,青岛已有店经营茶叶。青岛口也是南方茶叶向山东远输销售的港口。老青岛有专业茶叶店60多家,还有一些食品商店兼营茶叶。专业茶叶店有新新茶庄(益都路),源成茶庄(聊城路)、源祥茶庄(天津路)、荣丰祥茶庄(高密路)等。其中四大茶店有:泉祥茶庄(高密路),是旧中国著名民族企业山东章丘旧镇孟氏集团下的一家茶庄,并在许多城市有连镇店,解放后停业;瑞芬茶庄,是岛城茶叶店中开业时间最早的茶庄(四方路),在广西、云南、浙江等茶叶产地购茶坯,租场地,自行加工茶叶。经营茶叶的品种在百种以上,以高、中档为主;福生德茶庄(中山路),1939年开业,一度停业,1987年恢复,经营高、中档茶叶,包括花茶、绿茶、红茶、乌龙茶等,备有茶座;大陆茶庄(长兴路),1941年开业,有3个门市部,供应茶叶达200多个品种,均从产地直接进货,拥有高级茶师。
The traditional Chinese beverage is tea. Since the establishment of Qingdao in 1891, Qingdao has operated tea shops. Qingdao Port is also a southern port of Shandong tea exports to lose far. Old Qingdao has more than 60 specialized tea shops, as well as some food stores run tea. Among the four major tea shops are: Quanxiang Chazhuang (Gaomi Road), a tea house under the Mengzi Group of the old township of Zhangqiu, the old Chinese ethnic group, and Lianzhen Branch in many cities, which is closed after the liberation; Chazhuang is the earliest Chazhuang (Sifang Road) opened in the Shicheng tea shop and purchased tea billet from the tea producing places in Guangxi, Yunnan and Zhejiang, renting venues and self-processing tea. Fushun De Chazhuang (Zhongshan Road), opened in 1939, once closed down, resumed in 1987, operating high and mid-range of tea, including tea, green tea, black tea, oolong tea (Changxing Road), opened in 1941, has three outlets, the supply of tea more than 200 varieties, are directly from the origin purchase, with a senior tea division.
