Lentinan was first extracted from shiitake mushrooms by Japan’s Chihara et al. A large number of studies have shown that lentinan is an immune-promoting drug that has certain anti-tumor effect. It mainly produces anti-tumor effect by strengthening the cellular anti-tumor immune mechanism of the host. Lentinan is a good immune enhancer, has been widely used in our country to treat a variety of tumors [1-2].
