由于炼油厂生产排产业务过程的复杂性和模型的难求解性,炼油厂的生产排产仍然没有有效的自动化工具,这已成为新经济环境下炼油厂经营决策敏捷性和优化的瓶颈。如何使用系统工程理论方法和计算机技术来有效地支持炼油厂的生产排产业务过程,是炼油厂在新经济环境中获得更大利润空间的关键。
Due to the complexity of refinery production scheduling business and the hard-to-solve model, there is still no effective automation tool for refinery production scheduling, which has become the bottleneck of decision-making agility and optimization of refinery operation in the new economic environment. How to use system engineering theory and computer technology to effectively support the refinery’s production scheduling business process is the key for the refinery to obtain more profit margins in the new economic environment.
