我站于1988年6月在宜昌市郊外采集到一株野生大丛平菇,经组织分离培养获得菌种,采用整稻草不加辅料“蔬菜育苗式”露地适应性试验和大面积出菇筛选,1991年8月再次经孢子萌发培育试验得到纯种,并经酶谱分析和检测,其遗传性状稳定,表明是一株适于整草秸露地栽培的优良菌株,定名YP08号。
