“264”是我所1975年用“淮油10号”作母本,以低芥酸油菜“齐非”作父本,进行有性杂交,经二个阶段定向选择育成。第一阶段(1974—78年)配制杂交组合及初世代的选择,以耐寒性为主要目标,筛选生长势强,叶厚色深,抗寒性强为主的植株。第二阶段(1978—1981年)对F_3—F_6采取连续单株选择以丰产性和降低芥酸含量为主,在F_4中获得两株低芥酸单株,芥酸含量平均为4.3%,F_5继续自交芥酸含量下降为2.66%,
“264” is the result of sex hybridization conducted by our institute in 1975 with “Huaiyou 10” as the female parent and low-erucic acid rape “Qi Fei” as the male parent. In the first stage (1974-78), the hybrid combinations and first generation selection were made. Cold-tolerance was the main goal.
