目的通过对一起疑似食物中毒的调查分析,探讨流行病学调查的重要作用。方法采用流行病学调查,结合病人的临床表现及实验室检验结果进行分析。结果由于调查人员未对种种可疑情况进行深入的调查分析,丧失向公安机关提供线索的机会,最终导致命案的发生。结论流调人员应对各种可疑情况进行深入的调查,认真分析研究调查结果,对任何蛛丝马迹和可疑情况均不能放过,若不能排除投毒可能时,均应向公安机关报案,维护社会公众健康安全的正当权益。
Objective To investigate the important role of epidemiological investigation by investigating and analyzing a suspected food poisoning. Methods Epidemiological survey, combined with the clinical manifestations of patients and laboratory test results were analyzed. Results As investigators did not carry out in-depth investigation and analysis of all kinds of suspicious situations, they lost the opportunity to provide clues to the public security organs, which eventually led to the murder case. Conclusion The investigators should conduct in-depth investigation of various suspicious situations, carefully analyze and study the investigation results, and can not let off any clues and suspicious circumstances. If they can not rule out the possibility of poisoning, they should report to the public security organ and maintain the public health Safe and legitimate rights and interests.
