土地利用效益水平是与城市体系相联系的特定土地利用区土地利用评价的度量指标。它是某一地区土地利用的潜在社会经济价值、依赖于地区的可达性水平、社会经济水平和空间的相互联系。根据效益水平,可以有效地分配和布局土地利用区的交通设施,解决交通和土地利用的优化问题。地理信息系统技术为土地利用效益水平的评价提供了科学手段。以上海为例,应用此项技术分析了上海市土地利用效益水平的空间分布,结果表明:上海市的交通和土地利用远未达到高效和优化。
The level of land use benefits is a measure of the land use evaluation of specific land use areas linked to the urban system. It is the potential social and economic value of land use in a certain region, the level of accessibility depending on the region, the socio-economic level and the interrelationship of space. According to the benefit level, the transportation facilities in the land use area can be effectively allocated and laid out, and the optimization of traffic and land use can be solved. GIS technology provides a scientific method for the evaluation of land use benefits. Taking Shanghai as an example, this technique was applied to analyze the spatial distribution of land use benefits in Shanghai. The results show that: Shanghai's traffic and land use are far from efficient and optimized.
