日本森田制作所引进了大型旋压机“KS—1600FA”,能加工铝、铁、不锈钢等各种材料的管状零件,最大拉伸直径1600mm.这样的大型机器在关西地区寥若晨星,森田制作所乘机扩大业务,从主要加工照明器材发展为加工大型机械零件。该企业在适应了多种少量生产的旋压拉深行业中,为了提高质量和使后来者望尘莫及,最先引进了全自动旋压机。
