铸件热处理是提高铸件的内在质量及表面质量的重要工序之一;铸件热处理炉是实现铸件热处理的主要设备,它的设计与使用对于提高铸件质量,减少燃料消耗,节约能源以及减轻环境污染.改善劳动条件等都起着极为重要的作用.本文着重介绍了中小型铸造车间新型40吨燃煤铸钢件热处理炉的主要结构、特点,提供了主要技术参数的选定及设计计算依据.最后,综述了该炉的主要优越性.
