阐明了山西地方煤炭工业技术现状和存在的问题，提出了科技兴煤思路，预测并指出了山西地方煤矿“九五”及２０１０年技术发展趋势和方向。
The present situation and existing problems of local coal industry technology in Shanxi are clarified. The idea of promoting coal by science and technology is put forward, and the forecast and trend of the ninth five-year plan of Shanxi local coal mines and technology development in 2010 are pointed out.
