为了解决液压元件调速阀故障诊断难的问题,采用三谱及其切片分析的方法,针对调速阀阀体正常和故障时的振动信号,分别绘制出其双谱切片和三谱切片图.比较和分析结果表明,正常时,三谱二维切片的幅值在以2个频率构建的平面中心处为零,而故障时不等于零;从对角切片分析发现,三谱对角切片能表现出比对应的双谱更多的幅值信息.三谱能更有效地提取非线性信息,为获得故障特征提供有效的依据.
In order to solve the difficult problem of fault diagnosis of hydraulic speed control valve, three spectrum and slice analysis method were used to map the bispectral slice and three spectrum slice respectively for the normal and faulty vibration signals of the valve. The results of comparison and analysis show that in normal condition, the amplitude of three-dimensional two-dimensional slice is zero at the plane center constructed by two frequencies and not equal to zero when the fault occurs. From the diagonal slice analysis, it can be found that the diagonal slice of three- More than the corresponding bispectrum more amplitude information.Sanpou can more effectively extract nonlinear information, in order to obtain an effective basis for fault characteristics.
