1964~1965年期间,我矿在地下开采的浅眼爆破中,曾先后发生了三次炸药自动爆炸事故。炸药自爆的特征是装药(硝酸铵炸药)后半小时左右,炮眼内徐徐有白烟冒出,继而有大量棕色气体突然喷出,紧接着就发生爆炸声。这种炸药自爆现象,在我矿生产斗争史上是前所未有过的。开始,我们以为引起炸药自爆的主要原因是矿石温度过高(炮眼温度为70~80℃),因而单纯从炮眼降温入手,做了喷水冷却试验。实践证明,这种看法是不全面的,没有找到问题的实质。
During 1964 ~ 1965, my mine had three explosions automatic explosions during the shallow-hole blasting of underground mining. Practice has proved that this view is not comprehensive, did not find the substance of the problem.
