素质教育的理念已经在整个教学体系得到广泛的推广,因此在当前的教学中,已经不仅仅满足于提升学生的知识文化水平,促进学生的全面发展更是重中之重。在这个科技发展的社会,让学生顺应时代发展的潮流,认识科学、了解科学、运用科学是广大教师的共同心愿。于是开展小学科学课也是重要的教学课程,而在其中如何有效培养学生的观察能力有着重要的意义,这项基本的能力对学生今后的生活、学习与工作都有重要的作用,因此如何在小学科学课中培养学生的观察能力已经引起广大教师的注意。
