一、引言 生物分子光学活性起源理论,是基于李、杨弱相互作用宇称不守恒和弱电统一理论。它认为在生命开始以前的分子化学进化阶段,自然界中某种手性物理力作用于外消旋化合物或前手性底物,使其中一种对映体数量增加。这种过剩对映体被随后的非手性化学过程放大。如该物理力的手性不变,作用始终,最终会导致纯手性物质的产生。 弱相互作用有两种形式:一种是弱电流相互作用(WCC),存在于β衰变或其他类似过程中;另一种是弱中性流相互作用(WNC),它类似于电磁相互作用,只是作用力弱而且力程短。两种弱相互作用中,宇称均不守恒。
I. INTRODUCTION The theory of the origin of biological activity of biomolecules is based on the unified theory of parity and weakness between the weak interactions between Li and Yang.
