目的探讨美容外科门诊手术室医院感染的预防与管理方法,防止医院感染,提高医疗质量安全。方法针对门诊手术室的工作特点,加强感染管理制度、医院感染控制、手术室管理,制定并落实各项有效的消毒隔离措施和感染监测制度,严格执行无菌操作规程,创造合格的手术环境。结果 2006年7月-2008年9月共进行门诊手术1102例,发生感染4例,感染率为0.36%。结论依据规范科学地管理,可有效地防止医院感染的发生,降低无菌切口感染率,有利于美容门诊手术室患者手术的安全。
Objective To explore the prevention and management of nosocomial infections in the operating room of cosmetic surgery clinic to prevent nosocomial infection and improve the quality and safety of medical treatment. Methods According to the working characteristics of outpatient operating room, the infection management system, hospital infection control and operating room management were strengthened. Various effective disinfection and isolation measures and infection monitoring system were formulated and implemented. Aseptic procedures were strictly followed to create a qualified surgical environment. Results From July 2006 to September 2008, 1102 outpatient operations were performed. Infection occurred in 4 cases and the infection rate was 0.36%. Conclusion According to the standardized and scientific management, it can effectively prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection and reduce the infection rate of aseptic incision, which is beneficial to the operation safety of patients in cosmetic surgery room.
