一、引言:白菜(Brassica ohinensis及Brassica Pekinensis)为我国特產之重要蔬菜。研究白菜階段發育特性在蔬菜生產及種子工作上有着重大的意義。如了解不同種類品種在完成春化階段發育所必需的低温條件,從而防止未熟抽苔,利用播前種子春化解决白菜當年留种问題以及在育種上作為親本選配的依据等。本文为兩年來我组指导學生科學研究小組研究的綜合,由于品种種子的不纯,记载材料不够完善以及田间管理不周,所以用現有材料系統分析白菜階段發育特性是不够的、但這些材料和它提供的一些概念可以作為今后進一步研究的参考。
First, the introduction: Chinese cabbage (Brassica ohinensis and Brassica Pekinensis) is an important vegetable of our specialty. It is of great significance to study the developmental characteristics of cabbage in vegetable production and seed work. To understand the different types of varieties in the vernalization stage to complete the development of the necessary low-temperature conditions, thus preventing the immature bolting, the use of pre-sowing vernal seedling to solve the year-long seedling problems and breeding as a parent matching basis. This article summarizes the research conducted by our group to guide students’ scientific research teams in the past two years. It is not enough to analyze the developmental characteristics of Chinese cabbage using the existing materials systems due to impure breeds, poorly documented materials, and poor field management. However, Some concepts it provides can serve as a reference for further research in the future.
